Instructions:  This form will give you an idea of the “normal” order in which both a wedding ceremony and reception proceeds.  Some musical suggestions are also provided for many of the events.   Remember, this is only a guideline and if you would like the order of things to be changed or would like to add or remove anything please so note.  Please fill in as many of the blanks as possible so that we many create your perfect day!
